Someone might as well rename Bora Bora ‘Fantasy Island’ because this stunning destination really is the stuff of daydreams. From its pristine lagoons to its rainbow coral gardens, everywhere you look in the Tahitian island seems to be created just for Instagram.
Adventure awaits thrill-seekers, with epic surfing, muddy ATV rides in the mountains, volcano-hiking, SUP-ing, diving and snorkelling all on offer. There’s also loads for culture vultures to be inspired by – ensure you check out a dance performance and sample the local cuisine before you leave. One thing you can’t miss here is swimming with reef sharks and stingrays in Bora Bora’s warm, gin-clear waters. It’s both an exciting and peaceful experience that will stay with you forever.
