Pasir Tengkorak Beach, Langkawi, Kedah

The only geo-park in Southeast Asia and one of only 50 worldwide, Pasir Tengkorak Beach is the locals’ secret paradise. Often overlooked by tourists, the pocket-sized beach literally translates to ‘Sands of the Skull Beach’ and is surrounded by nature for 360 degrees.

A must-see attraction is the spectacular Tenuruan waterfall. An ancient 200m, three-tiered cataract, it is one of the highest beachfront waterfalls in the world and is a great place to get in touch with nature. Nestled between two small headlands, Pasir Tengkorak Beach is perfect for picnics and beach trips.
