Wander barefoot along the shore, splash in the shallows or, if you’re adventurous, head out on a diving tour of nearby shipwrecks or try your hand at surfing. 

No matter what you do, the scenery is positively breathtaking, with sheer limestone cliffs and long, deserted stretches of beach. Take a photo or two for a romantic memento! 

Fill up on lunch at the White Elephant Beach Cafe, which has beautiful views of the shore. Serving up classics like juicy burgers and tasty milkshakes, you and your other half will love the chilled out vibe here.

Saturday afternoon

Now it’s time to explore the wonderful vineyards in the Margaret River region. Hop on a wine tour so you can see a bunch of the highlights without having to drive! After all, there are over 150 wine producers in the area. 

When knocking on those cellar doors, make sure you and your loved one try the Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, as these is some of the region’s specialities. Expect intensely flavoured wines and a few surprisingly taste sensations here and there, too.

Saturday evening

Now it’s time to treat yourself to yet another wonderful dining experience in the Margaret River. Enjoy a gourmet dinner at one of the wineries you visit, or head back into town.

You’ve been pretty busy leading up until now, so why not take today down a notch with a visit to a spa retreat?
