Sharing Bali – Holistic Holidays with Boutique Style

Hands up, who needs some time out? We’re joining you on that one … how about a healthy retreat with space to breathe and relax whilst also tuning in to your body and mind? Oh, and did we mention it would be in beautiful Bali?

We’re getting some major bliss vibes off of the Sharing Bali destination retreat, a life-enriching and holistic holiday, offering you the opportunity to discover authentic Balinese village life and a wellness program that incorporates fitness, nutrition, that essential ‘time-out’ and plenty of activities which explore the environment.

Created around boutique bungalow living and a shared experience, Sharing Bali’s essence is expressed in its location and Balinese name – ‘Ayung Sari Indah’. Loosely translated to “the beautiful sweet nectar of the Ayung River”, Sharing Bali is located in the hills, north of Ubud and is a place to unplug and escape the hustle of work.

And they bring in a diverse range of Australia’s most experienced trainers as retreat partners, so if you’re looking to reconnect and tune in as a couple, this could be the perfect way to do it. Sharing Bali is all about fun, fitness and finding that ideal sense of self and relationship away from the distractions of everyday life.

We really like the sound of the Revive & Relax retreat, where you can learn the delights of authentic Balinese style cooking in a village style kitchen (dressed in suitable attire … your own Balinese sarong!).

Afternoons are spent at one of the many amazing spas in Ubud, where you can both indulge in a “mandilulur”, a divine treatment that can only be described as 2 hours of bliss. You then head back to the candle lit retreat for a Balinese feast with friends from the village, enjoying local music and dancing.
Go home feeling refreshed and relaxed … and show off your new cooking skills!
