On the lake in the treetops of Montville in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, Secrets on the Lake is situated in a divine spot that captures the supreme beauty that the hinterland has to offer. With treetop accommodation, it is a prime location for views of Lake Baroon, mountain ranges and the typical Queensland rainforest.

Each treehouse has a unique style relevant to its location within the hinterland. All have luxury finishes such as step down spa baths, gorgeous sculptures, private balconies and all have a private and secluded spot amongst the trees. Choose from Australian bush inspired cabins; Secrets, Dragonfly, Platypus, The Nest, Wait-a-while Cabin, Possums Cabin, Lizards Lair Cabin, Two Frogs Cabin, The Bower Cabin, Waterlillies Cabin or the Whistle Stop Cabin.
Leisure & Dining
Dine at the award winning Secrets Cafe and Deck for an array of homemade food and drinks amongst the rainforest. Nearby the Cafe is the Secrets on the Lake Art Gallery, showcasing some of the local artists work which is definitely worth viewing.
All guests have complete access to a variety of games, CDs, DVDs, an antique billiard table and also canoes and fishing gear to test out on the Lake Baroon.
Take a wander through the quaint towns of Montville or Maleny and explore all that they have to offer from unique shops to stunning look outs to admire.
Explore the grounds of Secrets and discover all the local fauna and flora and go bushwalking with your partner for a romantic stroll through the hinterland.

Whilst all of the treehouses are special and unique in their own way, Secrets is the ultimate penthouse, with beautiful views across the Baroon Lake. The feature of this penthouse is the extra bathroom that has gorgeous views of an ancient cliff face. After some wet weather, this transforms into a blissful private waterfall. Complete with beautiful rainforest carvings, Australian themed stained glass, a serene hanging fire place and gorgeously crafted iron, there is nothing like this luxurious treehouse.
