In beautiful Northern Territory lies one of Australia’s most famous natural wonders – Uluru. The beautiful sight is seen by many every year, and this year there’s something a little different happening within its surrounds.
Uluru will become the stunning backdrop against which the Darwin Symphony Orchestra will play in October later this year. Special guests, James Morrison, William Barton, Emma Matthews and James Egglestone will appear alongside the orchestra in this world-first event.
“Part of the Darwin Symphony Orchestra’s ambition is to take the majesty of a symphony orchestra to places that would never usually have access to this art form.” Said Mathew Wood, the Artistic Director and Chief Conductor of the Darwin Symphony Orchestra.

The capped ticketing means that there are only 1200 tickets on sale for each night, so this is truly an exciting opportunity. Couples with an appreciation for symphony orchestra and a curiosity for the environment, or indeed vice versa, will be sure to enjoy themselves.
WHEN: 18 and 19 October, 2013
COST: From $95 per person via Ticketmaster, packages available through Territory Discoveries.
