Okay, so you might need to split the bill with your besties, but this Sunshine Beach haven is a seriously special getaway. Ultra-luxe and impressively sustainable, Domic (meaning ‘having domes’ in Russian) made waves upon completion in 2020 and is now available as a holiday rental from a cool $7,143 per night.

Offering an A-lister level of privacy, the six-bedroom/ten-bathroom home is built deep into the sand dunes with sweeping Pacific Ocean views and direct access to Noosa National Park. Created by Brisbane architect Noel Robinson for ‘hemp industrialist’ Evgeny Skigin at a cost of $24 million, Domic blends cutting edge tech with eco cred and runs largely off the grid thanks to a green roof, solar panels, and lithium batteries.

Sculptural concrete forms and lush greenery set the scene with plenty of space for memorable gatherings or more intimate celebrations. You’ll also have a full cinema, outdoor spa, sauna, ice bath plunge pool, fire pit, stunning 25-metre swimming pool and much more (including a personal chef) at your disposal.

Adding to bucket list now.

Couples will love: super-decadent downtime with a serene green flavour.
