Six Senses Ossura Valley will open in Iceland's southeastern coast

Always dreamed of marvelling at the magnificent Northern Lights? Looking to mix adventure and luxury? Synonymous with next-level luxe accommodation, Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas is set to open an impressive new offering in Iceland in 2022. Go ahead and add Scandinavia to your bucket-list…

Opening in the destination's rugged southeastern coast, the 4,000-acre Six Senses Ossura Valley will be the place to go for indulgent dining experiences, sumptuous digs and unforgettable adventures. Expect epic mountain and lake views – perfect for reconnecting with nature.

The first phase of the project, a 70-guest-room resort and private cottages will be built from renewable and locally-sourced materials. A specialty all-day dining restaurant will also open, serving impressive seafood delicacies. There'll also be a lovely bar and unique dining experiences – lunch by a waterfall, anyone?

A 30-minute rive from Hornafjorour Airport, the new Six Senses Ossura Valley promises to be a hub for those passionate about nature, wellness and adventure. To find out more, visit the resort group's website here.
