Unesco's World Heritage List was recently released, with an impressive 21 new sites receiving the status upgrade. From historic cities to mountainous plateaus, caves featuring artworks from the Ice Age to Britain's beloved Lake District (above), 2017's list includes a vast range of breathtaking sights.
