National Geographic has announced the winners of its annual Travel Photographer of the Year contest and to say that they are impressive would be a massive understatement. From more than 15,000 entries, judges picked the winning photos in three cateogries: nature, cities and people. It's a big job that we certainly don't envy. Each one a fascinating snapshot of the world we live in, the judges' choices are sure to inspire some serious wanderlust.
