Try glamping on the NSW South Coast these holidays

With the upcoming April holidays fast approaching, try getting outside and get back to nature with the chance to go glamping on the NSW South Coast; thanks to a partnership between Coolendel and Flash Camp, a provider of temporary camping and services.

For the first time, one of the most beautiful camping locations, Coolendel, on the Shoalhaven River, is offering the glamping experience from April 7–April 25, 2017, which includes Easter and Anzac Day.

Flash Camp will set up at the Coolendel private camping reserve amongst the tranquil surrounds of the upper reaches of the Shoalhaven River. The site is 2.5 hours from Sydney and 30 minutes from Nowra. Nature lovers will appreciate the peace and quiet and the rare opportunity to completely switch off and spend quality time with friends and family. The natural bush and pristine river location is ideal for getting back to life’s more simple pleasures.

The bell-inspired ‘Flash Tent’ comes with a king-sized mattress on timber pallets, solar lighting, table and chairs, Biology toiletries, timber chest, Armadillo rug and all bedding to ensure a great night's sleep.

Guests will also have access to all the regular Coolendel amenities including hot showers and BBQ facilities. A communal Flash Camp tented area with seating and fairy lights is also available for guest use, plus of course a campfire – for cooking on, or gathering around with friends old and new, under the stars.

Situated on 52 hectares of bushland, Coolendel offers the quintessential camping experience, with secluded, grassy areas shared with abundant wildlife such as wombats, goannas, wallabies and native birds. Visitors can enjoy bushwalking, canoeing, biking and fishing as well as camp-based games.
