Explore the Whitsundays easier with new website

Couples looking to travel to the Whitsunday Islands will have all the information they need at the click of a button for the Whitsundays after Tourism Whitsundays officially launched a brand new visitor website.

The fully interactive, user-friendly and visually stunning modern new website includes visitor and corporate information about the Whitsundays as a destination.

It contains all the information you need to plan and prepare for their next visit to the Whitsundays, in a clear and accessible new format, including mobile-friendly capability and an interactive map on the homepage.

Other new features include a blog with regular articles about things to do in the Whitsundays, and an Instagram feed on the homepage from the region’s official hashtag #lovewhitsundays. Any questions can expect a quick answer as website users can directly contact the Whitsunday Region Information Centre staff via the brand new online chat tool.

Tourism Whitsundays CEO Craig Turner is thrilled the new website is now live and accessible to all users.

“We are very excited to show the world how easy it is to plan an unforgettable holiday in the Whitsundays, and the huge diversity of activities and accommodation on offer,” Turner said.
