By using the Higher Living mobile concierge app, guests can enquire about something unique to them – from restaurant reservations to daytrip bookings – without a cost. Looking for last-minute theatre tickets? onefinestay’s staff will search for them for you. Want to book a chef to cook you and your loved one a romantic dinner at home? They’ll organise it. There’s no payment required for the service, guests only pay for the actual experience (i.e. you pay for the restaurant bill or for the theatre tickets).

What’s really unique about the Higher Living programme is its longevity. Similar services are usually available for just during a guest’s stay. With this programme, guests can enquire/book something a year after they stay at one of onefinestay’s properties. Each time guests stay, another 12 months is added.
