In Travel News by The H4C Team

Tasmania’s ruggedly romantic landscapes provide the perfect setting for an adventure-filled escape. And now there’s another (and totally spectacular) way to enjoy it all. The newest addition to the Great Walks of Australia collection, the new Three Capes Lodge Walk has just been opened by Tasmanian Walking Company. An incredible four-day 46-kilometre fully guided experience, the walk includes a stay at Australia’s most sustainable lodges. Take. Us. Here. Now.

Discover some of Australia’s most amazing scenery with this unique experience

Allowing couples to discover the destination’s renowned Three Capes Track, the new offering is ideal for thrill-seekers and luxury-lovers alike. Constructed with non-reflective Tasmanian materials and with the greatest respect to their surrounds, the Crescent and Pillar Lodges offer a stylish haven after a day spent exploring the Tasmanian National Park. Featuring suspended floors (to ensure minimal ground disturbance), separate roof structures that follow the contours of the landscape, breathtaking views and all the environmentally-focused mod-cons (including Australia’s first recycling showers), both lodges seem straight out of an interior design magazine.

Adding to the whole experience, guests of the Three Capes Lodge Walk are treated to wine-paired gourmet meals made with seasonal local ingredients, plus indulgent spa treatments. Sure to be a hit with couples after a day out on the track, The Relaxation Pavilion at Cape Pillar Lodge offers a range of massage techniques combined with Australian-made Li’Tya pure botanicals. One last luxurious touch? The spa’s pavilion is home to an outdoor bath, nestled into the surrounding woodland – heaven.
