See the next solar eclipse in Antarctica

In Travel News by The H4C Team

It’s the coolest adventure around. Expedition cruise operator Hurtigruten is offering a front row seat to the rare total solar eclipse on December 04, 2021.

The spectacle will only be visible from Antarctica (weather permitting) and Hurtigruten’s MS Roald Amundsen and sister ship MS Fram will sail to prime positions outside the South Orkney Islands for the event. To enhance the experience, hand-picked experts will be aboard to share insights about this otherworldly phenomenon.

“This is a truly unique opportunity for a very limited number of modern-day adventure travellers to both immerse in the seventh continent and its icebergs, penguins, seals, whales and birds, and at the same time have front-row access to an astonishing planetary display,” says Hurtigruten CEO Daniel Skjeldam.

Don’t wait on this one.
