Scoot, the low cost long haul liner has been awarded AirlineRatings.com’s 2015 Best Low Cost Airline (Asia/Pacific) Award.
Scoot came out on top after a rigorous four month assessment and elimination process, overseen by the editorial team at AirlineRatings.com. Scoot was amongst 450 airlines that were subject to AirlineRating.com’s seven-star rating system, which has been endorsed by the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
Geoffrey Thomas, Editor-in-Chief of AirlineRatings.com says “Travellers tell us – and we have found – that Scoot is full of value surprises that turn low cost travel into a pleasure. A low cost airline utilising large aircraft will always result in greater comfort and passenger satisfaction – it’s an excellent recipe for success.” It’s no wonder Scoot has been such a success only three years after its inception; a comfortable flight is an important aspect of any holidaymakers journey.
The editors of AirlineRatings.com assessed that Scoot had gone above and beyond on a daily basis, focusing on everyday passengers. As well as excellent service, they were awarded for their effective staff management, innovation in the cabin and passenger feedback sent to AirlineRatings.com.
Campbell Wilson, the CEO of Scoot says that the Scoot team are honoured and humbled by the award and that it affirms they are fulfilling their mission of being a safe and reliable airline, offering great fun and unbeatable value airfares with a dash of “Scootitude.”
