Run wild, run free on a virtual African safari

In Articles, Travel News by The H4C Team

With safari dreams on hold, we’re leaning on virtual wildlife experiences and home-based savannah adventures. Currently on our radar? A virtual tour through Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe – an incredible reserve the size of Belgium which is home to the coveted Big Five as well as over 100 other species of mammals. Located close to the Victoria Falls and Kalahari Desert, Hwange is known for its 50,000-strong elephant population and expert guide and photographer Munya will share its beauty on Wednesday 07 October. Join him on the safari he normally leads every day, via @girltraveltours. Timing is 7-8pm EDT in USA/Canada (check for local Australian times, this is around 9am for Sydney).

For another sofa safari option, see WILDwatch Live, a cool collab between andBeyond and wildlife broadcasting experts WildEarth.
