Phu Quoc Island’s highest bar takes sundowners to new level

In Travel News by The H4C Team

A breathtaking sunset, a romantic setting and a refreshing cocktail – it’s a winning combination for a fantastic holiday experience. Taking this to new heights, the new INK 360 has opened on the 19th floor of the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort. The highest bar on the Vietnamese island, this stylish hangout is set to be the place to go for rooftop drinks.

The bar has been decked out in maritime-inspired glamour

Taking in spectacular ocean views, the new INK 360 also features elevated style, with renowned Australian designer Ashley Sutton creating a mythical-inspired setting. Referencing maritime tales of yesteryear, the main bar and cocktail lounge are decked out with white marble and mother of pearl, plus tentacle-like architectural touches. Altogether, it creates a glamorous atmosphere that’s perfect for an exciting night out.

Matching INK 360’s high-end look, an impressive cocktail list has been curated by a talented mixology team. Using quality ingredients, the experts combine traditional flavours, styles and textures to re-imagine a series of contemporary concoctions. If you prefer your drinks a little more simple, though, there’s also a considered selection of fine and sparkling wines, Champagnes, beers and spirits on offer, plus a menu of Japanese-inspired share plates.

Toast the sunset with an expertly made cocktail
