Whether it’s an anniversary, a birthday, a babymoon, or simply a long-overdue promise to each other, Noosa Bespoke has taken care of everything.
Most people know what they want a special trip to feel like. The harder question is how to actually make it happen: the right place to stay, experiences that feel considered rather than generic, moments that will still be talked about years later. Pulling all of that together takes a level of local knowledge and time that most couples, however well-intentioned, simply don’t have.
Visit Noosa has answered that with Noosa Bespoke, a new collection of fully curated four-day, three-night escapes that take care of everything: the accommodation, the experiences, the private chef dinners, the transfers, the welcome hamper, the sunset ritual on the river. You arrive, and it is already exactly right. More importantly, you leave feeling exactly how you hoped you would.
There are three packages, each built around a different way of experiencing the region. Not three versions of the same holiday, but three distinct interpretations of what Noosa can be. The question is simply: how do you want to feel?
Noosa Wellness: the art of slowing down

For the couple who needs, more than anything else, to stop, the Wellness escape centres on three nights of absolute beachfront accommodation on Hastings Street, with the sound of the ocean close enough to sleep to. Organic breakfasts are prepared in the apartment each morning; evenings move between a gondola cruise along the Noosa River with food from award-winning Rickys on board, and a private chef’s dinner for two.

Days are structured around restoration… be it a personal shopping and styling experience on Hastings Street, followed by a spa immersion with Noosa Rituals, with a Zenthai Sunset Ritual rounding things out: sometimes the most restorative afternoon is one spent being looked after by someone who knows exactly what they are doing.
The Noosa Wellness package is priced at $7,300 per person, twin share.
Noosa Active: for the couple who recharges by moving

Some couples return from a holiday rested only when they have spent most of it outside. The Active escape is based at Thirlestane Farm in the Noosa hinterland, a working property that feels a long way from city life, with days built around a mountain bike adventure through the Noosa Biosphere Trail Network, an abseiling experience on Mt Tinbeerwah, and a choice between a surf lesson on the main beach or horse riding on Noosa’s North Shore.
A half-day canoe through the Noosa Everglades, one of only two everglades systems on earth, includes an organic picnic on the water. Evenings slow down considerably: a grazing platter of locally produced artisan food on the terrace, a private chef’s dinner, and a long soak at the Kin Kin sunset bathhouse. The perfect full stop to a day spent largely in the air or on the water.
The Noosa Active package is priced at $5,850 per person, twin share.
Noosa Organic: for the couple who travels through food

The third package is for couples who believe that understanding a place means understanding what it grows and how it eats. Accommodation is at Mayan Farm Villas in the Noosa hinterland, a luxury B&B property set among working farmland, where the surroundings set the tone for days built around an organic cooking class, a regenerative paddock-to-plate experience at Eastwell Farm, and a private guided tour through the artisan stalls at Eumundi Markets.

The highlight for many will be the Gaucho BBQ banquet: a traditional Argentinean-style feast cooked over wood, the kind of meal that takes time, fire and patience, and is better for all three. A half-day Everglades canoe tour with an organic picnic by Noosa Forager closes out one of the days; the bathhouse at Kin Kin closes out another.
The Noosa Organic package is priced at $6,192 per person, twin share.
All three packages include a personal concierge and all transfers. Further details at visitnoosa.com.au/noosa-bespoke, or email bespoke@visitnoosa.com.au.

When the Occasion Calls for a Crowd

Sometimes a milestone deserves more than two. A significant anniversary, a landmark birthday, a group of close friends who have been promising each other something extraordinary: these are the occasions that call for a different kind of space entirely.

Domic at Sunshine Beach is exactly that. Sitting on the edge of Noosa National Park with direct beach access and views across the Pacific, this six-suite private residence was designed by international entrepreneur Evgeny Skigin as both sanctuary and architectural statement. Its sculptural shell-like domes rise from the dunes, wrapped in native vegetation, with interiors that are deliberately restrained: expansive volumes, natural light, a muted material palette, and carefully curated Indigenous Australian and European artworks throughout.

The amenities run to a 25-metre infinity pool, a full wellness spa with sauna, steam room and ice bath, a commercial cinema, gymnasium, and outdoor dining garden with fire pit. Award-winning chef Andrea Ravezzani prepares four-course dinners for the group, with experiences extending to private boat charters, hinterland explorations, wellness treatments and tailored itineraries. It is not a packaged experience in the Bespoke Noosa sense, but with the right people around the table, it becomes one.
