Conrad Bali has opened the doors to its reimagined wellness sanctuary: Conrad Spa. The former Jiwa Spa has undergone a thoughtful transformation, designed to appeal to travellers seeking more than just a massage. This is wellness with meaning—ritual-led, rooted in nature, and quietly luxurious.

It begins with a welcome tea made from lavender blossom, butterfly pea, green tea, black apple and rose buds. Guests receiving ISUN treatments are invited to experience the Ormus Ritual: a sensorial trio of cooling towel, botanical mist, and tea designed to centre the senses. The Ormus Myst—high-altitude spring water infused with rose, jasmine and frankincense—is known for mood-boosting and hydrating properties, setting a tone of calm and intention.
Conrad Spa’s treatment menu has been reimagined to honour local wisdom while offering a tailored approach to modern wellness. At its heart is the Five Breaths Ritual, performed before and after each treatment. This grounding sequence combines breathwork with pressure point activation to calm the nervous system and signal the body to fully relax.

Signature treatments include the Chakra Balancing Healing Massage, where crystals and Tibetan singing bowls support energy alignment and deep rest, and First Light Movement, a five-phase journey using ISUN products, including a body wrap, flowing massage and hand ritual.
Couples can reconnect with the Yin and Yang Package, a two-hour shared experience that starts with Qi Gong, followed by a Balinese lulur scrub, a one-hour Tranquil Javanese Flow Massage, and a luxurious flower bath.

Post-treatment, guests are invited to the Conrad Pantry, a semi-private space offering hot ginger tea and locally inspired treats like bamboo charcoal cookies and dried fruit balls. The spa’s boutique continues the ethos of conscious luxury, with eco-printed sarongs, aromatherapy oils, and full moon–infused crystal blends.
Located within Conrad Bali’s expansive beachfront resort in Tanjung Benoa, the spa complements a stay that already includes standout dining, beachfront suites and one of Bali’s most iconic wedding chapels, Infinity.
