If you’re headed to the US’s east coast this December, add Miami to your itinerary. The city is about to get much sweeter when the Insta-famous Museum of Ice Cream opens its doors 13 December.

Set to feature much of the same whimsical, candy-coloured installations found at its previous museums, the new Miami pop-up will celebrate all there is to love about ice cream. Known for its infamous sprinkle-filled pool, the Museum of Ice Cream comes from the aim to spread positivity and create a stress-free experience in the modern world. Of course, it’s also the museum’s unique multi-sensory experiences (like banana-split-inspired swings and rooms decorated with scratch-and-sniff wallpaper) that make the Museum of Ice Cream a sell-out each time it opens.
