Coco Bodu Hithi is set to host three stellar, high-profile Michelin Star chefs in the exciting culinary event Savour 2016.
From 21 February to 4 March, couples will have the unique opportunity to indulge in award-winning creations by acclaimed chefs.
Coco Bodu Hithi will welcome Frédéric Doucet from Restaurant Frédéric Doucet in France, Nigel Hamworth from Northcote Restaurant and Aktar Islam from Lasan Restaurant in the UK.
The experience will include two weeks of five-course dinners prepared exclusively by the chefs. There will also be the opportunity to get up close and personal with all three chefs in masterclasses demonstrating how to re-create dishes from their menus.
Combined with these high-profile figures will be events hosted by local Coco Bodu Hithi talent.
Wine tastings will be a part of the itinerary, with an expert sommelier inviting guests to explore the light flavours of Rosé at themed events such as the ‘Rosé Soirée’.
The Head Chef of Tsuki will share impressive techniques behind Japanese cuisine and another chef will teach tricks to Wok cooking. All combined with seafood barbecue nights and extravagent buffets, couples can expect a truly memorable culinary experience.
