Fabio’s philosophy is to explore the world of Haute Cuisine, creating cultural dishes that combine ingredients in an unusual yet harmonious way and now, he is achieving just that at the Intercontinental Bali Resort. Fabio will be holding cooking classes, gastronomic dinners, Frescobaldi wine seminars and even a Frescobaldi wine dinner at the Bella Cucina Restaurant from the 4- 8 March, 2015.

Fabio Ciervo is currently Executive Chef of the acclaimed Michelin starred La Terrazza Restaurant in Rome. He began studying and practising at one of the world’s leading Haute Cuisine institutions, further enhancing his knowledge and experience working in some of the world’s most prestigious restaurants. He then practised his skills at the Waterside Inn in Bray, UK as Michel Roux’s Sous Chef. This restaurant is famous for achieving three Michelin stars for 25 years running.
