Club Med has just confirmed what we long suspected: they’re the best! It was Champagne toasts all round when the luxe all-inclusive resort brand took home the Best Hotel/Resort Group award at the recent National Tourism Industry Awards — for the second year running. Voted by travel agents, this highly competitive category was part of a glittering Sydney ceremony in late July.

The GM also hinted at an exciting 12 months ahead. “It’s going to be another big year full of fun and surprises, so this award has provided us with the courage to grow bigger and better than ever before!” she said. Rachael credits the brand’s success to a passionate global team and a “continually evolving” holiday experience aligned with the modern traveller.
