Enjoy Gourmet Food Trail packages at Peppers Manor House

Peppers Manor House, situated in Sutton Forest as a part of New South Wales' Southern Highlands, is a picturesque haven for food-loving couples. The luxurious and secluded retreat, which has a history dating back to the 1800s, now offers speciality Gourmet Food Trail packages, exclusive High Teas and a market garden, which takes advantage of the region's brilliantly fertile farming land. Newly-appointed and internationally-renowned Executive Chef Daniel James is in the process of developing a fresh new menu.

"The Southern Highlands is a foodie's paradise," notes Daniel.

"My team and I are looking forward to working with the local producers and taking Katers to the next level."

We here at Holidays for Couples are particularly excited about the star local produce which will be utilised in the revamped range of dishes; delectable delicacies such as mushrooms, truffles, olive oils and ciders are all sourced within a 35km radius of the Manor, while the beef, lamb, pork and duck are all from neighbouring regions.

Newly-appointed General Manager Jesse Kornoff, sees the food scene as a prominent plank in the Peppers Manor House identity.

"My goal is to have a hatted restaurant focussed on local sustainable produce and a hotel recognised for offering an amazing retreat experience," Jesse says.

Two-night Gourmet Food Trail packages start at $345 per couple, per night, including accommodation, a five-course degustation dinner for two, daily breakfast, a local food tasting plate on arrival as well as a local food trail map. Visit for booking information.
