The Mindfulness Flower Arrangement Workshop (THB 1,990 net per person) takes a different approach: Japanese floral artistry under Zen principles, designed to slow the pace and encourage presence rather than productivity. Mornings can begin with complimentary Sunrise Yoga at Spire, a gentle practice held on the hotel’s Sky level beneath its iconic golden spire, with Bangkok spread out below.
The dining picture is equally considered. Benjarong, tucked within the heritage Baan Dusit Thani enclave steps from the hotel, serves authentic Thai recipes dating from the 1800s to the 1930s alongside dishes preserved from the restaurant’s original incarnation at Dusit Thani Bangkok in the 1970s.
The setting — a beautifully restored residence evoking a noble Thai family home — is one of the more distinctive dining rooms in the city. Nearby, Thien Duong holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition, continuing the enclave’s focus on regional culinary traditions.
