In winter, the mood shifts inward to the Library Bar, where a fireplace, single-malt whiskies and a strong regional wine list encourage long evenings close to home.
Wellness is treated as more than a supporting act. A Roman-inspired day spa anchors the leisure offering, complemented by outdoor hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, sauna and steam room. Signature treatments include a three-hour head-to-toe ritual combining exfoliation, a body wrap, massage and facial using New Zealand-made botanical skincare. For guests who prefer to stay active, the resort also offers a fully equipped fitness centre, squash courts and a private cinema for quieter downtime.
