On a three-night journey from Bangkok to Singapore, guests can enjoy spectacular breakfasts, afternoon teas and dinners, with menus designed by Ian Kittichai and influenced by his signature Thai flair and local ingredients (22 – 25 November 2017 / 18 – 20 November 2018).

On this foodie adventure, guests will venture through Malaysia, pass rural landscapes, temples and ancient villages, spend time with the chef and get a personalised signed copy of his latest book ‘Salt Grill: Fine Dining for the Whole Family’.
