In Travel News by The H4C Team

Whether its due to its sunny weather or amazing local produce (or both), Brisbane certainly isn’t a stranger to fabulous food markets. Now, a new offering is getting us hungry for more. Promising to be the north side’s biggest food market when it opens in March, the BITE Markets is set to send gourmands to foodie heaven.

Opening March 1, the markets will feature 40 sensational vendors, all serving mouthwatering cuisine for under $15 from quirky shipping container stalls. Expect delicious fare from the likes of Mitte Berlin Street Food, The Ice Tea Man, Don Quijote Paella and Tapas, Zoe’s Brownies, Momo Tibetan Cafe, Donut Kitchen and Romantica Italian… and maybe a food coma.

Forty vendors will be part of the exciting BITE Markets

BITE markets founder Tom Burke says the new market will celebrate the marvellous produce that the local region has to offer. “As the north side’s great food adventure, BITE represents a new hub for local food creators and food lovers,” says Burke.
