The opening of The St. Regis Mumbai marks the debut of the century-old luxury hotel brand in India and South Asia.

The 386-room property is located on top of the Palladium luxury mall in central Mumbai and houses a spa, swimming pool, fitness centre and 4,200sqm grand ballroom. There are also nine restaurants, bars and nightlife destinations, so you can have Sunday brunch at Seven Kitchens, Indian delicacies at The Sahib Room & Kipling Bar, Japanese cuisine at Yuuka, and Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese in By the Mekong.

The hotel’s nightclub, EXO, is the highest in the city, while at rooftop bar Asilo you can sip on a Bloody Mary – the iconic cocktail was apparently invented at the legendary St. Regis New York in the early 1900s, but the Mumbai version puts an Indian spin on things with spices like cinnamon and coriander.
